For most of my life, I looked fine on the outside.
I was capable. Independent. Holding everything together.
But underneath that, I was exhausted.
I found myself repeating the same patterns in relationships, abandoning myself to keep the peace, and living from a place that never felt fully true.
No matter how much I understood intellectually, nothing really changed.
Because the problem wasn't that I didn't know better.
The problem was that my body didn't feel safe enough to choose differently.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to think my way out of my struggles and started learning how to work with myself instead of against myself.
That journey led me into breathwork, embodiment, nervous system work, and years of deep personal exploration.
Not to become a better woman.
To become a more honest one.
Today, I create spaces for women who are tired of performing, overriding themselves, and carrying the weight of being everything for everyone.
Spaces where they can exhale.
Feel what is true.
Reconnect with themselves.
And remember who they are underneath all the conditioning, coping, and self-abandonment.
Because when a woman learns how to trust herself again, everything changes.

I don't believe healing happens through endlessly talking about your life.
And I don't believe you need fixing.
The work I facilitate helps women reconnect with themselves through the body.
Because real change doesn't happen when you know what to do.
It happens when your body learns it is safe to do it.
My work is grounded, honest, and deeply human.
No performance.
No pretending.
No pressure to be positive.
Just a space where all of you is welcome.
